Candice King is an American actor who achieved fame by as the character Caroline Forbes in the super successful CW series The Vampire Diaries. Candice King first began her acting career in the beginning of the 1990s when she was a musician. Her debut album, It's Always the Innocent Ones in United States, was released in 2009. The album was comprised of twelve of fourteen songs she composed. While working on her acting, she also guest starred on shows such as How I Met Your Mother. Even though her career did well however, it wasn't that she appeared on The Vampire Diaries that she received her breakthrough. The Vampire Diaries made her instantly a household word. Candice King was widely praised for brilliant acting and outstanding performances. The role she played was reprised the show's 171 episodes over eight seasons. The Originals (2018) and Legacies (2021) were two spinoffs where she reprised her role.
